What does international trade union work mean, and what does the Trade Union of Civil Servants (Fackförbundet ST) do on the global arena?
At ST we have a team who work on several international projects in collaboration with trade unions all over the world to strengthen, ensure and secure human rights and dignified working conditions.
In this lecture you will learn more about STs previous projects in Palestine, on-going support in Lebanon, Ukraine, and coming collaborations in Turkey. All this along with what a trade union does and can do globally, and why your membership matters, what you can do and how we all make a difference.
The lecture is conducted by Magnus Runsten who has worked for ST for several years, and will have just returned from Ukraine. Towards the end there will be 10 minutes during which you may ask questions, or have questions previously asked in the chat answered.
